inbound and outbound e-mail threat protection. It offers organizations
of any size powerful protection against spam, virus and phishing
attacks while preventing internal policy and regulatory compliance
violations. SonicWALL Email Security combines the best protection
and high performance in a self-running, self-updating solution
that is easy to manage.
ATS
now provides this Email Security solution as a managed in-house
service. When setup each user will receive a "junk summary"
email routinely (user configurable) that lists all the blocked
email, which can then "unjunk" as desired. Also,
these emails will provide the web links to personalize your
SPAM filter and create allow/deny lists.

How
do I access my "message center"?
Each
user will receive routine "junk summary" emails
(user configurable) which include links to "visit junk
box". Simply click this link and you will be taken to
the SonicWALL portal and your message center will open. NOTE:
you do not need a login or password.
Why
do I see a login/Password screen when trying to access my
"junk box"?
In
order for the links to work in the junk summary email, you
must view the email in HTML format. First, make sure the junk
summary is not in your Outlook Junk box. Next, if your email
program has blocked images click the link to download all
"images" when reading the email. In GroupWise make
sure the default read format is HTML.

in 1995, ATS strives to provide the best options that today's
technology has to offer.
Do
you have any travel charges?
We
are located just south of downtown portland and are happy
to support your network wherever you are. There is a $45.00
trip charge for all customers in the "local" service
area. Our trip charge is waived if you have a regularly
scheduled ATS visit, maintenance contract, or quoted project
labor. Travel time for customers in the "extended"
service area is billed at 1/2 time at standard labor rate.
