Rate
We are very careful in preparing our labor rates to ensure
customer value while providing a high level of expertise.
By making you aware of our billing policy, you’ll be
able to take full advantage of our discounts. We value your
business and hope you’ll continue to choose ATS for your
network support services.
- Standard
Hourly Labor Rate: $140/hr
(Office Hours:
7:00am - 6:00pm, M-F)
- Overtime
Hourly Labor Rate: $175/hr
(Outside normal
office hours)
Additional
Billing Policies:

Onsite services have a one hour minimum
charge.

support / Phone support have no minimum
charge.
-- Labor is billed in tenths of an hour.
Travel Charge
Billing
is portal to portal with travel time charged at 50% reduced
rate.
